Our Doctor
Sameh Ghattas, M.D.
Dr. Ghattas was born in Alexandria, Egypt and at a young age moved to Southern California, eventually completing his undergraduate studies at UCLA with a B.S. in Psychobiology. This was immediately followed by medical school at American University of the Caribbean where he obtained his Medical Doctorate. He completed his residency training at Creighton School of Medicine, St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center Family Medicine program, in Phoenix AZ. He concentrated on inpatient medicine and sports medicine during his training. After a decade of practice in acute-care hospitals he started Ghattas Medical. He realized that he wanted more time for his patients and less time working for insurance companies.
